Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with FlexiCommerce within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund. This applies to:

• Starter Plan (₹999/month)
• Business Plan (₹1,999/month)

2. After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. However:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No future charges will be applied after cancellation
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation

3. No Lock-In

FlexiCommerce bills monthly by default and you can cancel whenever you want — no cancellation fees, no penalties, no questions asked. If you choose annual billing for the 20% discount, the 7-day refund window below applies to that payment in exactly the same way; after it, the year runs to its end.

4. Hosting

Hosting is included in your plan — server, SSL and daily backups are part of the monthly price, not a separate bill. A domain you buy yourself stays yours and is not something we can refund.

5. App Build Charges

Your plan covers the app builds it includes. If you commission a build outside your plan, that build is non-refundable once delivered, as the development time has been spent.

6. Refund Process

• Request refund via email or WhatsApp
• We verify eligibility (within 7 days of first payment)
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days
• Amount credited to original payment method (Razorpay)

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

• Terms of Service violations
• Account suspension due to abuse or prohibited use
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Builds commissioned outside your plan, once delivered (as stated above)
